Boris P. Boldyrev, Deputy Director of JSC Atomenergoprom

Born July 31, 1953, Michurinsk (Tambov Region). In 1971 worked as an operator of assembly plant of Progress Works, Arzamas-16 (currently Sarov) of Gorky Region (currently Nizhny Novgorod Region). 1971 — 1973 — service at the Soviet Army. In 1979 graduated from Leningrad State Engineering and Economics Institute (specialization — Economy and organization of municipal services). 1979-1987 — Director of Arzamas-16 Service Center. 1987-1989 — Head of Utilities Administration of Arzamas-16. 1989-1990 — Director General of Production Association of Municipal Facilities of Arzamas-16. 1990-2001 — Head of Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of Russia for Sarov. In 2001 — Head of Interdistrict Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of Russia No. 3 for Nizhny Novgorod Region. 2001-2005 — Head of Interdistrict Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of Russia for Largest Taxpayers No. 3, Moscow. In 2003 graduated from Volgo-Vyatsk Public Service Academy. From September to December 2005 — Head of Financial and Legal Administration, All-Russia Research Institute of Environment Protection Rosprirodnadzor. From December 2005 to June 2006 — Advisor to the Head of Federal Atomic Energy Agency. From June 2006 to April 2007 — Head of Administration of Strategic Planning, Economy and Property of the Federal Atomic Energy Agency. From April 2007 to March 2008 — Head of Nuclear Power Complex Administration of the Federal Atomic Energy Agency. Since March 2008 — Deputy Director of JSC Atomenergoprom.
Councilor of State of the Tax Service of the Russian Federation, 3rd class. Awarded with the Order of Honour, medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland II Grade.
