Kirill B. Komarov, Director of JSC Atomenergoprom

 

Born December 29, 1973 in Leningrad (now - Saint Petersburg). In 1992 graduated with a gold medal from Law Lyceum of the Ural State Law Academy. In 1997 graduated with honour from Court and Prosecution Department of Ural State Law Academy. Upon graduation he entered Graduate School, in 2000 defended a thesis on the topic: "Public administration: means in the area of economy".
From 1996 to 2000 he worked at CJSC YurCon consulting company (Yekaterinburg) occupying positions from specialist to First Vice-President. From June 2000 to June 2005 he worked at the RENOVA Group (Director for legal issues and project management of CJSC RENOVA, First Deputy General Director of CJSC RENOVA, Director General of CJSC RENOVA - Razvitie). 2005-2006 – Deputy Head of Federal Agency for Water Resources of Russia. From March 2006 to April 2007 – Vice-President of JSC TVEL. Since April 2007 – Director General of JSC AtomEnergoMash (subsidiary of JSC TVEL). In December 2007 hired for the position of Deputy Director of JSC Atomenergoprom. In September 2008 he was appointed the Director Executive of JSC Atomenergoprom.
Mr. Komarov holds a PhD degree in Law.
