The JSC Techsnabexport has summarized the results of its financial and economic activities in 2008
On June 24, 2009 by virtue of a resolution of the sole shareholder, the Open Foreign Trade Joint-Stock Company Techsnabexport approved the annual report and annual financial statements of the JSC Techsnabexport for the year 2008.

Australian Safeguards and Non-Proliferation Office Director Visits AECC

ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. Announces Acquisition of Substantial Interest in Uranium One Inc. Carries On Uranium Asset Diversification Strategy
ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. AKA Atomredmetzoloto, the corporation authorized and appointed by Rosatom State Corporation for Nuclear Energy to supply feedstock to the Russian nuclear industry, today announced that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to sell a 50% interest in the Karatau Uranium Mine in Kazakhstan for consideration of 117 million common shares of Uranium One Inc. (UUU – Toronto Stock Exchange, JSE Limited [Johannesburg Stock Exchange]) through a private placement and a cash payment of US$ 90 million.

Nizhniy Novgorod Engineering Company Atomenergoproekt (NN AEP) won the tender for the principal contractor to carry out the construction of the 3-rd and 4-th reactors of Rostov (Volgodonsk) nuclear power plant.
