On June 24, 2009 by virtue of a resolution of the sole shareholder, the Open Foreign Trade Joint-Stock Company Techsnabexport (JSC Techsnabexport) (location: Ozerkovskaya nab. 28 bld. 3, 115184, Moscow; Taxpayer Identification No. 7706039242, State Registration No. 1027700018290, Issuer Code 1-02-01817-A, web-site www.tenex.ru) approved the annual report and annual financial statements of  the JSC Techsnabexport for the year 2008.

In 2008 the JSC Techsnabexport export earnings increased 29 percent compared to 2007, and for the first time during 45 years of work on the world uranium market exceeded USD 3.0 billion. The volume of commercial export by the JSC Techsnabexport (excluding uranium deliveries within the framework of the HEU-LEU Agreement) increased over one third compared to the previous year and exceeded USD 2.2 billion.
