Atomenergoprom has chosen the company for auditing IFRS consolidated financial statements
JSC Atomenergoprom summarized the results of the tender to choose a company providing consultancy services, methodological support and audit of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on the first half of 2009, as well as methodological support of IFRS consolidated financial statements prepared by JSC Atomenergoprom using its own resources on the first half of 2010.

Branch educational establishments being part of JSC Atomenergoprom are Moscow Institute of Advanced Training at Atomenergo non-state educational establishment and Institute of Further Professional Education Atomprof (St. Petersburg) NSEE. They will be reorganized and attached to Central Institute of Advanced Training as affiliates.

On August 19, 2009 the United States Department of Commerce (US DOC) approved a contract for the JSC «Techsnabexport» to supply low enriched uranium (LEU) directly to the American utility Constellation Energy Nuclear Group (CENG).

A Round-table meeting concerning the Baltic NPP EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) materials was held in Sovetsk
Representatives of State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, JSC Atomenergoprom, JSC Energoatom Concern, JSC Atomenergoproekt St. Petersburg, administration of Sovetsk residential location (the Kaliningrad region), Sovetsk legislative assembly’s deputies, public members and citizens of the town took part in the round-table meeting.

OJSC Atomenergoprom is forming a centralized system of competitive acquisitions management to meet the needs of JSC Energoatom Concern’s NPPs under construction and NPPs in operation as agreed with State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom.

JSC Atomtekhenergo, JSC Atomenergoprom’s affiliate, will conduct a set of operations to design the Belene training facility (TF) under CJSC Atomstroyeksport’s order. This will be the first TF built for a foreign NPP as part of a start-up facility.
